17:30 · Meet at Dongjiao Memory South Gate (东郊记忆南大门) Your guide meets you at the entrance of Chengdu's most celebrated cultural district. A short walk to Shuyanfu — the venue announces itself before you even step inside: 14-metre Han-dynasty ceilings, red lacquer columns, the sound of ancient strings drifting through the air.

17:45 · Hanfu Dressing & Styling (汉服妆造) Enter the Zhuangzao Si — the in-house styling studio. Choose from over 100 Hanfu costumes spanning the Han, Tang, and Song dynasties: the Twelve Flower Goddesses series, the Four Great Beauties series, the Shu Legends series. Professional stylists dress and style you completely. Photos taken before the banquet begins — this is the moment most guests say they will never forget.

18:30 · The Banquet Begins — Welcoming Ceremony (迎宾之礼) Escorted to your VIP table — one of just 41 seats surrounding the main stage on all sides, giving you an unobstructed 270-degree view of every performance. Costumed attendants in full Han-dynasty dress pour your first tea. The ceremony begins.

18:45 · The Main Banquet — Three Dynasties, Eight Courses The heart of the evening. Each dish arrives paired with a live performance:

— Han Dynasty Chapter: Court dance Tadou You (踏鼓优) — a solo dancer performing on a giant drum — arrives with Furong Golden Broth and Imperial Beef. Your guide explains the history of each piece in real time.

— Tang Dynasty Chapter: The Western Regions dance Qiannian Xuanyin (千年玄音) — silk costumes, haunting music — paired with the Tang-style Prawn and Seasonal Vegetable dishes. The dynasty that gave Chengdu its golden age.

— Song Dynasty Chapter: The Song court dance Fusheng Siya (浮生四雅) and the aria of Shuidiaogetou (水调歌头·明月几时有) close the evening — paired with Dongpo Braised Fish and Jade Bamboo Shoot. The most poetic chapter of the night.

20:15 · Farewell Ceremony (送宾谢礼) The cast returns to the stage for a final bow. Your guide takes you backstage briefly to see the costume and set preparation area — a rare addition not available to standard guests.

20:30 · Photo Time & Departure Final photos in costume in the main hall before the lighting dims. Your guide arranges your DiDi and sends you off with a personal list of recommendations for your remaining days in Chengdu.
