These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the Chengdu Panda Guide website and booking our private tour services. By accessing this website and booking a tour with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Bookings and Payments

• Confirmation: All tour bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a formal confirmation email from us.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via [Insert your payment methods, e.g., PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or Cash upon arrival].

• Deposits: A partial deposit may be required to secure your booking and purchase advance tickets (such as for the Giant Panda Base or high-speed trains).

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that travel plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy for private tours is as follows:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund of the deposit (minus any non-refundable ticket costs already purchased on your behalf).

• Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the tour: 50% refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour, or "no-shows": No refund will be issued.

3. Passports and Real-Name Ticketing

• China requires strict real-name registration for booking attraction tickets and transportation. You are responsible for providing accurate and valid passport details.

• Chengdu Panda Guide is not responsible for any denied entry, delays, or extra costs caused by incorrect passport information provided by the guest.

4. Itinerary Changes and Force Majeure

• We strive to follow the agreed-upon itinerary. However, we reserve the right to make flexible adjustments due to unpredictable external factors, such as extreme weather, heavy traffic, sudden government road closures, or attraction capacity limits (Force Majeure).

• In such cases, your guide will provide the best possible alternative arrangements. We are not liable for compensation due to these uncontrollable changes.

5. Health, Safety, and Travel Insurance

• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance in their home country before traveling to China, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal liability.

• Liability: Chengdu Panda Guide acts only as a local tour coordinator and guide. While we prioritize your safety, we are not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss of property, or damage incurred during the tour, unless caused by our direct gross negligence.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, tour descriptions, and photographs, is the intellectual property of Chengdu Panda Guide. You may not reproduce, distribute, or copy our original content without prior written permission.
